What is a Brand?
It is NOT a logo. It is NOT a tagline. It is NOT a typeface. It is NOT a product.
It is WHAT your STAKEHOLDERS i.e. customers, staff, partners, investors & also the public, perceives YOU to be. It is not what you say it is, it is what THEY say it is. You can claim that you have the best product, the most satisfying service, the most environmentally friendly process, but if they say you suck, then you do (irrespective whether you truly believe that you don't).
